2 c. macaroni (measure dry - then cook)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 c. sliced black olives
1 28oz. can either diced OR stewed tomatoes
1 15oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 t. chili powder
1 t. oregano
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 t. cumin
2 c. Fritos corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni according to package directions and drain. Brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until onion is tender and drain excess fat. Add macaroni, olives, and tomatoes w/liquid, corn, tomato sauce, cheese, and all spices. Stir well. Pour into a 5 qt. casserole (9x13 pan). Top with corn chips. Bake @ 325º F for 25-30 minutes.
