1 slice bread
1 egg
butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Lightly butter both sides of bread and cut 1 inch hole in middle of bread slices.
Place bread slice with the cut out piece beside it in hot frying pan...crack one egg and put it in the center of the bread..cook till egg is slightly set and bread brown underneath...turn over. Let bread brown slightly...cook the egg so it is medium so the yolk is still soft. Serve with grilled cut out to dip in the yolk
