10 cans tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. onion
2 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. dy red wine (optional)
2 lbs. Italian sausage, in casing

Meatballs:
8 slices bread
4 lbs. ground beef
2 T. chopped parsley
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. onion, finely minced
1 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
5 eggs
1/2 c grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut Italian sausage into 1" pieces; set aside. Combine all meatball ingredients; mix well and shape into walnut size balls. Place sausage pieces and meatballs on parchment lined baking sheet (this makes clean-up so easy!). Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a crockpot or dutch oven. When meat is done, move onto paper towels and allow excess grease to drain. Place cooked meatballs and sausage into sauce and cook on low (225º) for 6 to 8 hours.
