1 cup butter
2 cups flour (plain)
1 cup pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Gradually stir in vanilla, nuts, flour,sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Shape dough into finger lengths. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven 325º about 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
