Ingredients:
Chicken Wings (Frozen or Fresh)
Franks Hot Sauce (Any Louisiana Style Hot Sauce will do.)
Butter
Tony Chachere's Seasoning (or your Favorite Seasoning)

Directions:
Directions:
Wing Sauce: In a sauce pan combine Franks Hot Sauce and butter. The amount of butter will determine how hot the wings are. I usually use about a 1/4 stick to a large bottle of Franks, but I like mine HOT.

Frying Method:

If the wings are frozen thaw them out and pat dry before frying. If you don't you'll be sorry, the oil will fly everywhere....

In large pot or skillet heat oil for frying. Fry wings unseasoned until they start browning and begin to float. Remove from oil and immediately season with Tony Chachere's. Toss with Wing Sauce.

Grilling:
Thaw and season wings with Tony Chchere's and grill indirect on hot grill. When wings are done toss in sauce and serve immediately.
