2 (1 qt.) Ziploc bags
2 (1 gal.) Ziploc bags
1 (8 lb.) bag ice
1/2 c. rock salt
Newspaper
Duct tape
3/4 c. whole milk
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a 1 quart bag. Squeeze out all the air and seal bag. Place inside other quart bag and seal. Place inside a gallon Ziploc bag. Fill gallon-size bag with ice. Sprinkle with rock salt and seal bag. Place inside other gallon bag and seal. Wrap with several layers of newspaper. Secure by wrapping with duct tape. Then place a plastic grocery sack and put more duct tape over that. Toss back and forth for 15 to 20 minutes. Unwrap; remove ice and enjoy. Makes about 3 cups.
