3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 375º for 30-40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. When cool, frost with a cream cheese icing or chocolate frosting if you want something really rich.

Also, delicious as 24 cupcakes.
