3 eggs, at room temperature
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ¾ cup flour
3 Tbsp. anise seed
1tsp. Anise extract

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in a stand mixer and beat for 8 minutes, and sugar beat another 8 minutes, then add flour and beat 4 minutes. Then fold in anise seed and liquid.

Spoon batter by spoonful onto cookie sheets and let them sit overnight and form caps. Bake on 375 for 8-10 minutes.
