1 cube butter,
1 can sweetened condensed milk,
1 pkg. choc. chips,
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

In a medium sauce pan melt butter, add milk, and choc. chips. after butter melts.
Stir often so the mixture won't stick. When it comes to a low boil, keep stirring while it's boiling for one minute. Add vanilla.

This is delicious hot fudge. It is great on ice cream or a chocolate cake just coming out of the oven instead of frosting. Store the extra in a jar or a plastic container. Enjoy!
