1 cups Cooked rice
1 package Chopped broccoli (cooked & drained)
8 oz. Velveta cheese or Cheese Whiz
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Chopped onion, chopped
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
3 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Saute water chestnuts, onion and celery in the 3 tablespoons of butter till tender. Combine all ingredients with 1/2 of cheese and put into casserole dish. Pour or spread last 1/2 of cheese onto top of casserole. Bake 35-45 minutes - till cheese is kind of bubbly and casserole is hot all the way through.
