36 ears corn
1 lb. butter
1 pt. heavy whipping cream

Cut the corn off the cob.
In a large roasting pan mix all the ingredients together. Bake for 1 hr. at 325 degrees stir every 10 min. After baking stir in 2 Tbs. sugar and let cool. Put part of this in the fridge and the rest in freezer bags for another time. This is the best creamed corn ever. Not like the canned stuff.º

It takes a while to make this because of cutting the corn off the cob but it is worth the effort.
You could also use this recipe with a can of whole kernel corn as well.
