6-8 bone in pork chops
1 large can whole tomotoes (chopped)
1 large onion (slided rings)
2 large potatoes (sliced into wedges)
1/2 cup romano cheese
2 tbsp chopped parlsey
minced garlic (optional)
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Place pork chops in large baking dish
Place potatoes around porkchops
Cover with onions, tomatoes, parsley
Minced garlic or powder (Optional)
Sprinkle with Romano (or cheese of choice)

Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins!
