1 ½ lb. ground beef
½ lb. hot bulk pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. thinly sliced celery
3 (15 ½ oz.) cans kidney or pinto beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook burger, sausage, and onion until meats are brown. Drain off fat. Mix with beans, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, tomato paste, garlic, and spices in big pot. Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
