1 16oz.cole slaw mix
5 green onions chopped
1 8oz. can water chestnuts sliced
1/2 cup green peppers chopped
3/4 cup sliced almonds toasted

Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 cup white vinegar

2 cups chow main noodles just befor serving

Directions:

mix main salad ingredients together in large bowl.
mix dressing ingredients together and toss with main salad mixture.
cover and refrigerate several hours(or over night)
stir in the chow main noodles just befor serving.
