Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs. cleaned grapes (mix of colors)
8 ounces sour cream (fat-free works)
8 ounces softened cream cheese (fat-free works)
½ c. sugar (Splenda works)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping: brown sugar and pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and crushed pecans for the topping. (The amount of brown sugar and pecans depends on the quantity of salad. The recipe calls for 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. crushed pecans, but that’s too much for my taste.) Set aside.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until blended. Stir in the grapes. Cover with topping and chill for at least two hours. Chilling the dish makes the topping crunchy.
