Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 medium or large head of cabbage (I buy the bags of chopped cabbage – one of regular cabbage and the other of red cabbage.)
1 to 2 green peppers (optional)
1 bunch of spring onions with tops
2 packages of Ramen noodle mix (I use any kind.)
8 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
6 Tbsp. sugar
½ to ¾ c. oil
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 pkg. sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage, green peppers, and onions. Mix together. Mix almonds, sunflower kernels, and broken up dry Ramen noodles. Use as many almonds and sunflower seeds as you like.
Mix together vinegar and sugar. Put in microwave long enough to melt sugar. Add oil and seasoning mix from noodle packages. Put dry mixture on top of the cabbage. DO NOT MIX until ready to serve. Pour dressing over the slaw and mix before serving. Makes a large quantity!
