2 cubes beef bouillon (mix in 4 oz. hot water)
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can chicken broth
2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. bag mixed frozen vegetables
48 oz. plastic jug of V8 juice (optional)
1 qt. water
2/3 box of Minute barley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef/turkey, add tomatoes, chicken broth, dry onion soup mix, water, Worcestershire sauce, vegetables, V8 and bouillon. Bring to boil, simmer on medium low for 1 hour. Add barley, cook for 10 minutes.
