Saute 1 onion in butter and add 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger or turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups milk,1 can stems & pieces mushrooms, cut up pieces of pimiento olives, 1 package egg noodles cooked. Cube 3 lbs long horn brick cheese. Mix cheese with mixture and keep seasoning. Top with chow mein noodles and cashew. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
