2 large chicken breast, cut up
2 c. Minute rice
2 c. boiling water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 T. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Pour rice in flat 9 x 13 casserole pan so that each piece of chicken can be placed on the rice. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water and pour over the rice. Place chicken on rice. Melt butter in 2 cans of soup over stove top. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
