Stir together:
1 cup pace picante sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cp sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 1 cp cheddar or jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
I cook 2-3 cups of tender white chicken pieces then stir in one cup of the sauce into that. Then roll 6 tortilla shells with equal amounts of the chicken mixture into the shells to fill a 9x13 pan. Pour remaining sauce all over the top and cover with 1-2 cups shredded cheese.
Cover it and bake @ 350º for 40 min.
Cut up 1-2 tomatoes and 2-3 green onions and sprinkle down the middle. Serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It is best to roll up the shells fresh... not overnight as they get soggy waiting. But you can prepare all the rest and have it all ready. (cheese grated, sauce mixed, chicken cooked)
