1c. chopped onion
1/4 c. quick cooking oats
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Large egg
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
cooking spray
1/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Preheat oven to 350º Combine first 11 ingredients in large bowl. Crumble turkey over oats mixture, mixing with hands just until blended. Pack turkey mix into a 8x4 inch loaf pan, coated with cooking spray. Combine rest of ketchup, brown sugar & horseradish in a bowl, stir well. Spread 1/2 of the ketchup mixture over meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread remaining ketchup mixture over meatloaf and bake and additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove meatloaf from pan and cut into 5 slices.
Each slice is 5 points on Weight Watchers!!
