4 cups cubed soft Bread (do not use sandwich bread, use thicker cut bread)
3/4 cups Milk
1 cup Butter, melted
2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
1 can Pineapple (tidbit or chunk) DRAINED

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Moisten cubed bread in the milk, gently tossing bread cubes. Stir other ingredients together and add moistened bread cubes. Bake 10 minutes at 375 then lower oven to 350 degrees and bake another 25 minutes.

Loves this at holiday time. Tricky to get the hang of making it but worth taking the time to fine tune it!
