PLACE MUSSELS ON A BAKING SHEET

MAKE BREAD MIX:
PROCIUTTO-CHOPPED
PARSLEY
GARLIC
ITALIAN BREADCRUMBS
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND PUT THIS ON THE MUSSLES...DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER THE MUSSELS.PLACE IN BROILER ABOUT 2-3 MINUTES
SERVE WITH LEMON WEDGES.
