CLEAN ESCAROLE, YOU PROBABLY HAVE TO WASH IT AT LEAST 3 TIMES...CUT CABBAGE INTO QUARTERS...PUT THE ESCAROLE AND THE CABBAGE IN A LARGE PAN AND COOK UNTIL DONE..STRAIN

IN ANOTHER PAN CUT UP PEPPERONI AND HAM ADD ABOUT 4 CUPS OF WATER AND BOIL UNTIL THE WATER IS RED.

IN A SMALL FRYING PAN ADD ABOUT 1/2 CUP OF OLIVE OIL AND ADD ABOUT 4 CLOVES OF GARLIC..LET THIS COOK UNTIL LIGHT BROWN..

TIME TO PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER...
IN A LARGE PAN ADD GREENS, PEPPERONI AND HAM WITH THE WATER...ADD OIL AND GARLIC...ADD CANNOLI BEANS JUICE AND ALL...SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, ADD SOME HOT PEPPER FLAKES IF YOU LIKE A LITTLE HEAT...COOK ABOUT 1 HOUR..GREAT WITH SOME GOOD ITALIAM BREAD!
