1 & 1/2 lb. uncooked ham - ground
1 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs beaten
1 & 1/2 c. tomato juice or milk
2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs

Glaze:
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into loaves. Place in roaster.
Prepare glaze and brush over loaves.
Bake at 325º - 350º for 45 min. per pound.
