1 stick of butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Turn oven temp to 425º and place the butter in a 9x13 pan (we cut the butter into pieces) and melt it in the oven while it preheats. Watch the butter so it doesn't scorch. Just as it is melted remove from the oven.
Blend the rest of the ingredients in bowl, then gently pour into the pan with melted butter.
Place in the oven and watch it rise into puffy peaks! About 20-25 minutes.

This is a Sunday morning favorite! We put lemon curd, strawberry freezer jam, or just hot maple syrup on these.
