1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg lemon jello
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake mix, lemon jello, and water. Add oil and beat. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for about 30 mins until cake begins to get golden brown.
Remove from oven. Poke cake all over with a fork.
Blend powdered sugar into lemon juice and mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour over warm cake very slowly as it goes into holes and soaks the cake. Let cool. Cover so it doesn't dry out when storing.
