1 can of evaporated milk
2 lbs chicken breasts
1-2 cups of Bisquick
1-2 tsp Lawrys Seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the chicken in the evaporated milk. In a pie plate, mix the bisquick and lawrys together well. Dredge the chicken in the bisquick and put in a pan of hot oil on the stove. DO NOT OVERCROWD THE CHICKEN IN THE PAN. Turn when golden brown on each side and lay on a foil lined cookie sheet. When all chicken is fried, put in a 350 degree oven and bake for 40 mins for medium sized cuts, and 1 hour for large, thick cuts of chicken.

Serve with baked beans, corn, and biscuits!
