Noodles:
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
dash of salt

Soup:
Whole chicken
carrots
celery
peas
onion
garlic salt

Mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and roll out flat. Use a pizza cutter to cut into short strips, about 1/4 inch wide.

Boil a chicken. When done remove the chicken - pull off meat. Strain the broth into a smaller pot and turn the heat to medium. Add sliced carrots, peas, celery, garlic salt, onions to broth while it gently simmers. Add chicken back in and then the noodles. Cook for another 10 minutes and serve over mashed potatoes.
