2 cups cooked turkey
1/2 cup cooked carrots, sliced
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1 can niblet corn
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green beans

Cream Sauce:

1 1/2 Tbsp margarine or butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey and vegetables in a casserole dish.

In a saucepan, melt margarine over medium-low heat. Stir in flour and mix well; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes, until mixture comes to a low boil and has thickened.

Add cream sauce to casserole dish. Season with a dash of tarragon and sherry and cover with mashed potatoes and bake in 375 F oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
