1 lb. broad noodles
1/2 lb. butter
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
Cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in salted water and drain. Place noodles in large bowl. Melt butter, add to noodles. Add sour cream, softened cream cheese, beaten egg yolks and sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into noodle mixture. Place in greased drip pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for one hour at 350º.
