1# ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup each chopped onion and chopped celery
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 Tbs. garlic salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 ½ cups thinly sliced zucchini
½ tsp. each oregano, basil, and sugar
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Cup beef broth
3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:

Combine first 7 ingredients. Make 12 meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in a greased pan. Combine tomatoes and zucchini with remaining seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch and broth; stir into tomato mixture. Pour over meatballs continue baking 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice!
