1 pkg. (18 3/4 oz.) spice cake mix
1/2 c. corn starch
4 eggs
1 c. apple cider or juice
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan .
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, stir together cake mix and corn starch until well blended.
Add eggs, cider and mayo; beat just until blended.
Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until batter is smooth.
Stir in walnuts and pour into prepared pan.
Bake 350º for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Just before serving, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
