1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild rice
1 can black beans
1 cup green chili enchilada sauce
Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. When all the liquid is cooked out, add the drained can of black beans and the enchilda sauce and cook until it starts to bubble. Eat in a whole grain tortilla for a healthy meal. You can add cooked chicken for more protein as well as cheese.
