1 bag cole slaw
1 bag sliced almonds
1 small bag sunflower seeds (or half a jar)
2 bags chicken flavored Ramen noodles

dressing:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 and 1/2 season packets from noodles (2 full packets make it too salty)

Directions:
Directions:
Unwrap the Ramen noodles and place the blocks of noodles in a gallon size baggie. Crush up into small pieces.

In a very large mixing bowl, mix together the cole slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds and noodles.

In a small separate bowl, mix the ingredients together for the dressing. Pour over the salad and stir well.

Refrigerate till served. This tastes better chilled and marinated for an hour or so.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make this salad to go with any meal as a side dish to a meat and vegetable. However, it's also good to keep in the fridge to eat for lunch or a snack. It's always a hit with my family as it has a satisfying crunch and the sweet/salt dressing is perfect.
