1 box yellow cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8oz. cream cheese softened
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. After mixing the ingredients, stir chips in last. Line muffin pan with liners.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes for mini muffins - longer for regular muffins.

You could use blueberries instead of chocolate chips.

These are really tasty as the mini muffins and make a great treat for a breakfast, brunch or baby/wedding shower. And, they are delicious!
