1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1-8oz. sour cream
Streusel:
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
3/4 c. nuts of choice, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time while mixing. Add vanilla. Combine flour, salt, soda, and powder. Add flour mixture alternating with sour cream 1 T. at a time. Grease bundt pan or angel food pan and pour 1/2 of batter into pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of streusel on top of batter and cover with rest of batter then streusel mixture. Bake at 350º for 50-55 mins.
