1 cup Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, FRESH, shredded
1 cup Helman's Mayonaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Artichokes, drained and chopped.
1 10" round Sourdough bread, hollowed out

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Saute onion and garlic till soft. Mix all ingredients together and put mixture into hollowed out bread. Put lid back on bread. Back for 1 to 1 1/4 hours - lightly covered with foil and remove foil last 10-15 minutes.
