Cake Mixture:
2 boxes Jiffy Yellow cake mix (small boxes)
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
2/3 cup oil

Topping:
1 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Mix first 6 ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon together and pour all over top of cake mixture. Using a dull knife - cut the sugar/cinnamon mixture into the cake mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes.
