1 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix margarine, pumpkin sugars, and egg, then add vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add flour and dry ingredients and mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
