Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl; stir well. Add 1/2 cup margarine. Add 1 1/2 cups hot water. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs and 1 cup flour. Beat at high speed for 1 minute or until thick and elastic. Stir in enough remaining flour gradully with wooden spoon to make soft dough. Turn onto floured board. Roll out into rectangle shape until about 1/2 inch thick. Spread with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll into long roll. Cut into individual cinnamon rolls (around 1" thick) and put on greased cookie sheet with a couple inches in between each roll to give room to rise. Cover with wax paper and let rise in fridge overnight. Take out of fridge in morning and let rise while the oven preheats (about 15-20 minutes). They will rise the rest of the way in the oven. Bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through without overcooking. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
