1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
5 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 tsp. salt
8 cups cold water
1 large can pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve 1 envelop Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
2. Boil together the 5 cups sugar, 3 cups water, and 1 tsp. salt.
3. Add gelatin to this hot syrup.
4. Then add 8 cups cold water, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and food coloring.
5. Freeze this all in large bowl with lid.
6. Break up wtih a potato masher and pour 7-up or sprite over the top.
