2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
5 cups flour
small bowl of extra fine sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, oil, salt, vanilla, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Mix in flour. Roll into walnut size balls and roll in small bowl of extra fine sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 10 dozen.
