1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 pint sour cream
1 cube margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 medium potatoes, boiled with jackets on, then peel and slice or cube
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Grape Nuts cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion, sour cream, margarine, salt, pepper, and soup in saucepan on stove and warm until margarine is melted. Pour over potatoes and eggs in large bowl and stir gently until mostly incorporated. Pour in 13x9 inch baking dish and top wtih Grape Nuts cereal. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
