1 can (398ml) Mexican refried beans (Old El Paso or Casa Fiesta)
1 small tub (250 ml) light sour cream
1 jar (430 ml) salsa (mild to extra hot dependent on your taste, I usually use medium)
1 small tin (125 ml) sliced black olives
1 small tin (125 ml) sliced green olives
1 each small red, yellow, & orange pepper
1 package Tex-Mex shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a round, deep pie dish, layer beans, then sour cream, then salsa. Add in drained olives, then finely chop peppers and spread throughout. Cover with shredded cheese (you may also add in prior to cheese a small amount of small cooked shrimp) and refrigerate overnight. Serve with some good Taco chips, like Tostitos Rounds. Enjoy!
