2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 slices of bread, crusts removed
diced garlic
parsley
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk (for about 30 seconds in microwave) and soak bread in it. Add soaked bread and all other ingredients to the ground beef and mix well. Roll scoops of beef mixture in your hands into balls about 1 1/2" diameter (wet your hands if the mixture begins to stick). Set meatballs on a plate and keep refrigerated until ready to cook.
Drop meatballs in simmering pasta sauce when you have about 20 more minutes left to cook the sauce. Do not disturb the meatballs until they've cooked for several minutes.
When the meatballs float, they are ready.
