16oz large curd cottage cheese
19oz sour cream
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
1/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together in the blender.
Use to dip fresh onion chips or rings in.

This came from the Tastee Inn and Out in Sioux City. They dip deep fried onion chips in it. Awesome.
