1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of green beans
cheese (grated sharp)

mash potatoes (from around 5-7 potatoes)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and ground beef in pan. Spread into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. pour green beans and cream of mushroom soup over the top and mix. Spread mash potatoes over these ingredients then sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350º until nice and bubbly. Remove foil and cook until cheese is fully melted. Add salt and pepper.

I like to make this when I have a bunch of leftover mash potatoes. It takes no time at all.
