1 cup. Rice ( Uncle Ben's )
2 tbs butter
4 tbs veggie oil
1 tsp salt or to taste
2 1/2 cups chicken broth or ( water)
1/3 cup pilaf noodle or ( orzo pasta shaped like rice) .

Directions:
Directions:
in a saucepan, slowly brown the pilaf with butter and oil, then add the rice and stir for couple minutes, add chicken broth, bring to boil then lower the heat to simmer,
cover and Cooke it for 25 min or all the liquid has to be absorbed.
And let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
