1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon granulated onion
¼ t teaspoon paprika
½ tablespoon Lemon juice
½ tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon whole basil

Mix salt, sugar, garlic, onion, paprika,& lemon juice. Next, add pepper, basil, & olive oil Makeinto paste. Rub past on Turkey or Chicken

Your dad rubs this on the outside of the turkey and injects the turkey with Cajun Injector Creole Butter Sauce and then follows the direction of the fryer. It is the best turkey ever!
